It is the document you hand to the client, ready for audit.
No. AerPuro is a web app: it runs in the browser on PCs, tablets and smartphones, and technicians can install it as an app (PWA) on their devices on site.
Yes. Each company has its own instance, with a dedicated database, process and folders; access is controlled by three levels of roles enforced on the server, sensitive actions are recorded in an audit trail and the client portal is read-only. Data is hosted in Switzerland, which the European Commission recognises as providing adequate protection, with encrypted daily backups. AI-assisted document reading is optional and can be switched off: it suggests, it does not decide.
Yes, on every plan: import your company’s Word templates and AerPuro fills them in with the job data to produce the final PDF.
